Returns: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Electronics that have been opened and used, items damaged due to customer misuse, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
